Large White & Red Admiral in flight

 Finally got a chance to photograph some Butterflies in flight, more difficult than birds

Large White Butterfies have been very numerous this year and several are often found feeding close together

Red Admiral has only just started breeding, may be the last three years and this is only the second species to breed in Shetland

there has been 100's of Red Admiral butterflies in Shetland this last week
