Arctic Terns

Arctic Terns seem to be doing reasoanbly well with lots bring in fish, although they are small pilltocks

I first thought only 50-60 pairs had turned up down at Grutness but now with lots of birds in the air i suspect more like 400-500 pairs

These are difficult to count as they nest among boulders, with Common Gulls nesting between them

Some birds are more aggresive than others
